Mental Health

While mental health is being talked about more than ever before, there is still a stigma surrounding mental illness that needs to be addressed.

When I started struggling with my mental health, it was people talking to me about theirs that really helped me. I wanted to add this page to my website to hopefully help others struggling with their mental health.

See some resources below. I hope this helps!

What is mental health?

"Mental health is the state of your psychological and emotional well-being. It is a necessary resource for living a healthy life and a main factor in overall health. It does not mean the same thing as mental illness. However, poor mental health can lead to mental and physical illness."
